IKEA Tampines (E-Commerce) Reporting Guide

Giggers to report to "security office" for registration and proceed to level 4 office to meet IKEA staff.

1. Locate Pillar F from main entrance carpark level 1. Follow the path and walk towards the end till you locate Pillar F Row 12.
2. You will see a Co-worker Entrance Metal Gate. Push the metal gate to enter.
3. Proceed to FCC (Security) for registration. Inform Security that you are from FastGig and reporting to ISL - Outbound 
4. Take the lift to level 4. Proceed in to look for ISL-OB representative at the 1st row of desk. Meet the representative at the pantry area. 







Roles: E-Commerce Picker
Shift Timing: 7am to 12pm, 12pm to 5pmand 3pm to 12am 
Attire: Solid Black Top / Dark Blue or Black Pants. Pls bring along a pairs of socks.
Check- in area: Warehouse office (Level 4), look for the shift in charge. Giggers to check in with FastGig QR code and to sign in timesheet provided with ikea. To collect safety vest and safety boots (if u need). Safety boots are stored in the 2 top lockers (refer pic below) , Password: 1234 , pls look for yr size. And also to return back into locker after used.
