IKEA Alexandra Reporting Guide
Giggers to report to "security office" for registration and to remain there till IKEA staff comes and escort giggers to check-in area.

1. Enter IKEA main entrance, make a right turn and go down the escalator to the basement carpark.
2. Exit the glass door on the left and make a right turn
3. Follow the footpath all the way straight until you see the sign to the emergency exit.
4. Enter through exit door for co-worker’s access and proceed to level 1
5. Turn left to the security office for registration
Roles: Goods-Flow Assistant
Shift Timing: 11am to 4pm, 2pm to 7pm and 5pm to 10 pm
Attire: Solid Black Top / Dark Blue or Black Pants. Pls bring along a pairs of socks.
Check- in area: Warehouse office (Level 3), look for the shift in charge. Giggers to check in with FastGig QR code and to sign in timesheet provided with ikea. To collect safety vest and safety boots (if u need). Safety boots are stored in locker 7 and 13, Password: 123456789 , pls look for yr size. And also to return back into locker after used.
Roles: Ecommerce Picker
Shift Timing: 8am to 1pm and 5pml to 10pm
Attire: Solid Black Top / Dark Blue or Black Pants. Pls bring along a pairs of socks.
Check- in area: Warehouse office (Level 3), look for the shift in charge. Giggers to check in with FastGig QR code and to sign in timesheet provided with ikea. To collect safety vest and safety boots (if u need). Safety boots are stored in locker locker 7 and 13, Password: 123456789 , pls look for yr size. And also to return back into locker after used.
Roles: Merchandise Pick Up
Shift Timing: 12pm -9pm and 2pm to 11pm
Attire: Solid Black Top / Dark Blue or Black Pants.
Check in area: Go to Security Office (FCC ) to register and inform FCC to call Customer Relations Department - Easy Buying team.
Pls look for either Feng Yi / Sandhi / AnWei / Rowell. To collect safety vest and safety boots (if u need). Safety boots are stored in locker locker 7 and 13, Password: 123456789 , pls look for yr size. And also to return back into locker after used.
Roles: Promoters for IKEA Mandarin Orange
Shift Timing: 10am- 3pm and 3pm- 10pm
Attire: Solid Black Top / Dark Blue or Black Pants.
Check- in area: Bistro office (Level 1), look for the shift in charge. Giggers to check in with FastGig QR code and to sign in timesheet provided with ikea. To collect Badge and safety vest.
Roles: Restaurant Busser
Shift Timing: 9am- 2pm and 5pm- 10pm
Attire: Solid Black Top / Dark Blue or Black Pants.
Check-in area: Restaurant office (Level 2), look for the shift in charge. Giggers to check in with FastGig QR code and to sign in timesheet provided with ikea. To collect Badge, hair net, cap and glove.
Note: Lockers (Nos 7 and 9) are provided to put your belonging (refer to image below). Please bring along your own padlock.
At the end of the shift, giggers are to return to the respective check-in area to sign out and to return all the items issued to the office.
