. Smoking while in uniform is not allowed.

Upon arrival at the loading bay of Carlton City Hotel, please report to the security checkpoint at the loading bay and register 
your name by providing your IC.




Step 1:
From the entrance, proceed to level 2 Uniform room and request for Club Lounge uniform.



Step 2:
After changing into your uniforms. Storage area for your belongings: Look for the lockers labelled “SSMA Part timer locker club lounge” .
Important!
● Bring your own lock to lock the lockers provided.
● Personal bags are not allowed to be brought up to the Club Lounge.        
Proceed to level 28 Club Lounge using the employee lift and report to your supervisor.



Attire for the job:
  1. Hotel brown uniform coat provided
  2. Black long Pants
  3. Black plain formal covered Shoes for men (no sneaker allowed)
  4. Black plain flats/5cm heels for ladies 
Ladies:
  1. Hair length below shoulder has to be bun up/tied up.
  2. No Jewellery/Accessories (only ear-studs, watch & Wedding Ring is allowed)
  3. Light Makeup
  4. No Visible Tattoo and striking hair colour.
Men:
  1. Well-combed hair style (no long hair)
  2. Cleanly shaved
  3. No Jewellery/Accessories (only watch & Wedding Ring is allowed)
  4. No visible tattoo and striking hair colour.
Additional Notes:
  1. This job requires you to be able to communicate fluently in English.
  2. Food and hygiene certificate is required.
  3. For those who do not have are able to apply but unable to serve orders.
After your shift ends:
  1. Change out of your uniform and place it in the designated bins outside the Uniform room.
  2. Remove your belongings from lockers.
  3. Take a picture of the empty locker and send it to the Assistant Club Manager.
Break Arrangements
  1. Meal Break: 30 mins (unpaid)
  2. Meal Provided at hotel Cafernia
